The San Francisco 49ers may be hitting a bump in the road as their star wide receiver Micheal Crabtree could be facing charges in a sexual abuse case. Sources say that Crabtree has a second woman witness supporting his way of explaining the story.
If charges are brought on Crabtree then the Niners will be missing their best receiver. Crabtree leads the Niners in, receptions, receiving yards, and receiving touchdowns. He has 1105 yards, 9 touchdowns, and 85 receptions. Their next best receivers are Mario Manningham and Vernon Davis. Although their receptions combined doesn't even tie the amount Crabtree has. So for all of you 49ers fans wou better be on your heels for Micheal Crabtree.
I just heard about these charges this morning while listening to Mike & Mike on ESPN...sad, very sad, if the charges are true, he should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, if they are not true, he still needs to re-evaluate the circumstances he allows himself to be put in, take the high road and think of his fellow team mates who've worked incredibly hard to get to the superbowl.
