Yesterday it was made clear that the New Orleans Hornets were going to become the New Orleans Pelicans. Ever since Chris Paul went to the Los Angeles Clippers, the Hornets haven't been the same, and now they really won't. The Hornets officially announced that they will be opening their new logo today. Maybe their new logo will affect the team in a positive way. The Hornets will officially change their name and logo next year, in the 2013-2014 season.
