Berkman Trash Talks Wrigley Field

Lance Berkman of the Texas Rangers claims that he does not like Wrigley Field and was not impressed with it.

He even said "It's one of the worst places in baseball for, well, just about anything," to the Dallas Morning News.

"I want to compare it to Fenway," second baseman Ian Kinsler told the Dallas Morning News. "I love playing at Fenway. The history is part of that, but I think it's the atmosphere that really makes those places special. There is a great atmosphere. I've heard about all the other things, like that there are no cages, no weight rooms and that the walk to the field isn't that pleasant. But I'm excited. I don't know if the weather will change anything."

I have to say that I agree that it is a rugged and sort ugly field, but that field has more history than almost any other. I hate to see that Wrigley field was being trash talked!

  1. While I've never been to Wrigley, it's on my bucket list, and I can't imagine that the history of the field would not impress everyone!
