Bradshaw Away

The very surprising idea of Ahmad Bradshaw being released from the Giants has just occurred. Bradshaw will be replaced by 2012 rookie running back, David Wilson. I think the reason that the Giants released him is because it creates $2.75 million in cap space. They can use that money to pay Andre Brown, Steve Brown, and Victor Cruz. Plus, that isn't enough money to pay even one of them so they had to release Micheal Boley, Osi Umenyiora, Martellus Bennett, and Kenny Phillips. So that can help get other players to enrich this roster.

The problem with releasing Bradshaw is that he had put fans in the seats and also, put up great numbers. He had ran for over 1,000 yards this year and he also caught for almost 300. Although he only had 6 touchdowns, but the Giants don't have anything better and I don't think they are setting their sights on running backs.

  1. These are suprise moves.....I didn't realize the Giants had Cap Issues with Money...sure hope they are making the best decision to put the Giants in place to make a superbowl run next year.....Wouldn't that be great to have the Giants more or less "host" the 2014 event in their home stadium!
