Top Teams Matchup

Today the Los Angles Clippers are visiting the New York Knicks as part of their annual road trip.  The Clippers had an ugly loss to the Miami Heaton Friday night, unable to stop LeBron James from scoring.  The Knicks have Carmelo Anthony, who is having arguably one of his best seasons in his career.  Since the Clippers could not handle LeBron James on Friday, I don't think there is a chance of the Clippers winning.  Carmelo Anthony is scoring 28.7 points and 6.3 rebounds.  He is a great leader for the Knicks.  It is because of Anthony that the Knicks have won some of their games.  In the Knicks effort of beating the Timberwolves Friday night, Carmelo Anthony scored 36 points to go along with 9 rebounds.  Tyson Chandler is averaging 11.5 points, 11.2 rebounds, and 1 block a game.  He is grabbing many of the rebounds that are put up.  Raymond Felton has 14.8 points and 6.3 assists.  When Carmelo Anthony is out, Raymond Felton can score and step up to swing the ball around.  Amar'e Stoudemire averages 14.1 points and 4.6 rebounds.  He is doing a great job this season of scoring.  The Clippers haven't been the same, even with Chris Paul back.  Chris Paul is averaging 16.3 points and 9.5 assists.  He needs to step up and score, and pass the ball around to get other players to score.  Paul is listed as day-to-day.  Blake Griffin has 18.4 points and 8.5 rebounds per game.  Griffin is also listed as day-to-day.  If he scores more, then I think the Clippers will win more games.  Finally, DeAndre Jordan averages 9.2 points, 7.3 rebounds, and 1.4 blocks a game.  He has done a great job of scoring while Chris Paul was out.  I think this game will come down to the wire, and the winning team will need luck.  However, I am predicting that the winning team will make many threes.
