Howard Out Again

Dwight Howard was scratched out of the Los Angeles Lakers lineup. Howard went to L.A to receive plasma treatment for his shoulder. He is a big source of the Lakers' offense. The Lakers are playing the Detroit Pistons today, and the Pistons are hanging in there. Howard was hinting that he wasn't going to play the Brooklyn Nets on Tuesday. If the Lakers win today, I don't think it will make a difference if Dwight Howard is back or not. The Pistons were part of the three team trade sending Rudy Gay to Toronto. This trade brought Jose Calderon to Detroit. Calderon is having visa issues, so he won't be playing for the Pistons immediately. Otto Porter has been stepping up for the Pistons. Kobe Bryant is passing more, part of the reason why the Lakers have been doing better lately. If Steve Nash gets more points I think this will be just like the Lakers' teams that have been so successful. I think if both of these teams make minor adjustments, they will both be dangerous teams.
