Matsuzaka Won't make Opener

Daisuke Matsuzaka pitcher for the Cleveland Indians will not be on the opening day starting rotation.

Matsuzaka isn't the only pitcher missing the opener, because Matt Capps will not play this was decided during a meeting between the general manager, Chris Antonetti and manager, Terry Francona. Since Daisuke  only played in 11 games last year due to elbow reconstruction surgery and he hasn't played enough in the spring.

Do you think that Dice-K should be in the rotation? I do, because their rotation is weak as it is. Post your opinion in the comments box!

  1. It makes sense that Dice-K should be in the line up, he's had over a year to recover from the elbow surgery.....like you said, their rotation is weak....Dice-K needs to show them what he has left in the tank!
