Armstrong: Update

Lance Armstrong has had all of his medals taken away from him because he tested positive for Performance Enhancing Drugs (PED's). Lance also can't cycle in any form of event or triathlon or cycling races. Even if the events are local for anybody to come to.

Lance Armstrong will be on the Oprah Winfrey Show on January 17 at 9:00 PM EST to discuss his doping scandal. This will be a special 90 minute episode of the Oprah Winfrey Show.

This past August, Armstrong decided to stop battling the U.S. Anti-Doping Agency’s (USADA) allegations that he used performance-enhancing drugs in order to win his seven Tour de France titles. While he explicitly stated that this was not an admission of guilt, it has resulted in all of his titles being stripped. Says the Bleacher Report.

In November Lance Armstrong has stepped down from being Chairman of his charity he started called Livestrong. He started this charity to raise money for cancer victims and their families.
